Mastering my WFH setup with Logitech’s MX

The Logitech MX Keys partnered with the MX Palm Rest are a match made in typing heaven! Like me, if you spend a lot of time typing on your desktop or portable computer, you know how important it is to have a comfortable keyboard setup. I was initially hesitant as I want a simple setup to the bare minimum, but when my wrists and fingers started getting skin marks, easily tired from long hours of typing, I changed my mind and searched for a good combo for my MBP. Enter the Logitech MX Keys and the Logitech MX Palm Rest, both I got at a discount on Shopee Philippines, the combo for mastering my WFH setup, helping take my typing game to the next level.

Let’s start with the Logitech MX Keys. This wireless keyboard is designed for productivity, with features like backlit keys, a built-in number pad, and the ability to connect to up to three devices at once. The keys themselves are responsive and quiet, making typing a pleasure. Plus, the battery life is excellent – a single charge can last up to 10 days, and the keyboard comes with a USB-C charging cable. There’s a Mac version for this but still opted for this model as I’ll be getting a second computer, a Windows laptop.

The Logitech MX Keys is wireless, rechargeable, and illuminates auto-magically.

What really sets the Logitech MX Keys apart is its integration with Logitech Flow. This software allows you to seamlessly switch between multiple devices – for example, you can type on your desktop computer, then switch to your laptop with the press of a button and continue typing as if nothing has changed. This can be a huge time-saver if you’re constantly switching between devices.

The Logitech MX Palm Rest is the perfect partner for the MX Keys for comfortable typing.

Now, let’s talk about the Logitech MX Palm Rest. This accessory is designed to provide extra support for your wrists while typing, helping to prevent discomfort and fatigue. It’s made of high-quality memory foam and covered in a soft, breathable fabric that feels great against your skin. It’s also stain-resistant and easy to clean. It really is good to the touch but doesn’t slip or slide on surfaces.

The Logitech MX Keys and Palm Rest work well with my MBP and the colors match too!

The only one missing from this combo is the Logitech MX Master 3S Mouse, which I’m planning to buy soon to replace my Apple Magic Mouse. For now, the Logitech MX Keys and the Logitech MX Palm Rest make for an unbeatable typing experience. The keyboard itself is a joy to use, and the palm rest adds an extra layer of comfort that can help prevent pain and injury. Whether you’re a writer, a programmer, or just someone who spends a lot of time typing emails and documents, these products are worth considering.

The only downside to this Logitech MX combo is the price tag which is a bit steep, and the software can be a bit finicky to set up at first. Additionally, the palm rest may not be suitable for everyone – some people prefer to type without any extra support. However, for most users, the benefits of these products far outweigh any drawbacks.

If you’re in the market for a new keyboard setup, the Logitech MX Keys and the Logitech MX Palm Rest are a fantastic option. They’re comfortable, efficient, and can help take your productivity to the next level. Give this combo a try – your wrists, as well as your fingers, will thank you.
